Scope of Experience

Todd specializes in sales and leasing of single and multi-tenant industrial buildings which include warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and research and development in Southern California’s “Mid Counties”.

Background & Experience

Todd began his career in real estate as a financial and acquisition analyst at Evergreen Realty Group, a real estate syndicator in Pasadena, CA specializing in tenant in common 1031 exchanges as well as the management of two private REITs. He was responsible for sourcing and analyzing retail, office, multi-family, storage, and senior care assets to add to the $2.0B nationwide portfolio. He then joined the Matthews Retail Group of Colliers International specializing in the disposition and acquisition of single tenant net leased properties across the United States, with a specific emphasis on Drug Stores. Todd and his team represented both institutional and private clients and have the transnational experience in both individual assets and portfolio transactions. Additionally, Todd has cultivated relationships with many national tenants which is of great benefit to his clients as he can ascertain tenant performance information as well as potential lease extensions on specific locations.

Education

Todd is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Economics.
