Mr. Bond has over twenty years experience in the fields of commercial real estate, development, advertising, sales and marketing. Tom is an expert in project management in all aspects of the commercial real estate process from leasing, development and relevant financial structures. From 1987 to the present, Mr. Bond has been a licensed real estate professional in commercial real estate with some of the most respected firms in the Philadelphia area.

Background & Experience

Thomas S. Bond is a Senior Broker of NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. the strategic affiliate within the Philadelphia Metro of NAI. Tom’s primary responsibility is the Philadelphia Tri-State Metro Area with an emphasis on Tenant and Landlord Representation, Development Consulting and Advisory Services on a local, regional and national level. Tom is also a member of NAI Global’s Life Sciences Group supporting the varied real estate needs of Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Life Science Companies. NAI is the largest commercial real estate organization of its kind in the world, providing international real estate services through a network of 8,000 professionals who provide superior regional, national and international customer service and market access. Tom was Senior Vice President Leasing for O’Neill Properties, Inc., and was responsible for the leasing, sales and marketing for over 3,000,000 square feet of Class A commercial real estate in the Tri-State Area. Tom has primary responsibility for Millennium, Conshohocken, Pa. (800,000 RSF of Class A office and retail), Renaissance Corporate Center, King of Prussia, Pa. (360,000 RSF of Class A office), Rittenhouse Corporate Center, Tropper, Pa. (110,000 RSF of Class A office). Tom has expertise in the marketing and leasing of the redevelopment and repositioning of industrial warehouse and historic buildings into Class A commercial office space. Tom has successfully completed real estate transactions in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles metro areas. He has been responsible for sales and leasing transactions of approximately 900,000 square feet and development projects in value of excess of $200,000,000. Mr. Bond is presently working on French Creek Corporate Center, Phoenixville, Pa. Mr. Bond consults with the Phoenix Property Group, L.P. (PPG), a joint venture of Mooring Financial of Tysons corner, Virginia and the Delta Organization of Valley Forge. French Creek is a 130-acre, master planned corporate center, which is being developed on the former site of The Phoenix Steel Company in Phoenixville, Pa. He co-founded and was Principal of the Windsor Affiliated Companies in 1991. While there, Mr. Bond was responsible for commercial sales and leasing transactions of approximately 400,000 square feet with the following clients: Keystone Shipping Co (Disposition/Leasing); Kurz Allen; Artisans Order of Mutual Order of Insurance Disposition/Leasing); The Devereux Foundation (Disposition); Advacare, Inc.; L.S. Powell Co.; Pacer Systems; Krusen Evans & Byrne; Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. Prior to founding Windsor, he was Managing Director and Senior Project Manager for Julien J. Studley a major national real estate consulting organization. While there, Mr. Bond was responsible for commercial sales and leasing transactions of approximately 500,000 square feet with the following clients: Krusen Evans & Byrne; Crown Textiles; Bio-Pharm Clinical Services; Geographic Marketing Group, Inc.; Lewis Gilman & Kynett; Gray & Rogers; Trans Union Corporation; First American Savings; Foster Medical Corporation; Rizzio & Hamilton; Bezark & Lerner; Herzog Heine & Geduld; The Reich Group; Rotko & Cresskoff; Philadelphia Health Associates; Helen Shonbrun, Inc.; Sullivan Payne Co.; Lomax Health Systems; Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau; The Development Center; Nationwide Insurance; Nautly, Scaracamazza & McDevitt; Federman & Phelan. Mr. Bond also has over eight years in the advertising industry as a Senior Account Executive with McKinney Advertising, Mid Atlantic (1978-1980), Spiro & Associates (1980-1982), Elkman Advertsing (1982-1984) and Reimel Carter Advertising (1984-1985), Elkman Advertsing (1985-1987). His advertising/marketing experience was concentrated in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, Hotel & Travel, Television & Broadcast Venues where he represented such clients as Meridian Bank, Meridian Mortgage and all its subsidiaries, Manufacturers Hanover Financial Services, Finance One and First Jersey National Bank, Park Place Casino, Dunfey Hotels (5 Star Classic Division & Convention Groups), Herco, Hersey Park, Metromedia (WIP & WMMR), Van Kampen Filkin & Merrrit and numerous other accounts.
