Maria comes to us with thirty years of experience handling all phases of commercial real estate with an emphasis on Shopping center development, leasing, and sales. Maria specializes in automotive, both quick service and full-service restaurants, and has had the opportunity to assist Ruby Tuesday, Sizzler, Bob’s Big Boy, Taco Bell, Jack in The Box, Subway, Pizza Hut, Tireworks, Autozone, and Firestone expand within the Las Vegas market.
Prior to joining the NAI Vegas family, Maria owned both her own brokerage firm and worked for a small independent brokerage company and developer where she was instrumental in the development and leasing of 10 shopping centers ranging from 5 acres to 12 acres; working closely with contractors, tenants, and attorneys transforming what was once dirt into thriving shopping centers featuring national, regional, and local tenants.
