Background & Experience

Kyle is a Partner at NAI Puget Sound Properties’ Bellevue office. He specializes in the sale of industrial, office, and retail properties in the greater Puget Sound region, with a particular focus in south King County and Pierce County. 

Kyle has consistently been one of the top investment sales brokers in the submarket. Kyle has handled the sale of over 125+ properties totaling in excess of $500M in sales volume. He was named a 2022 NAI Global Top Producer, awarded annually to the top producing NAI brokers around the world. 

Kyle’s industry knowledge and aggressive marketing platform have yielded market leading sales results for his clients. His average of successful closings is within 95% of the original list price.

Prior to real estate brokerage, Kyle attended the University of Southern California on a water polo scholarship. At USC, Kyle was a member of two NCAA National Championship teams and earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the Marshall School of Business.

Kyle grew up in the Seattle area and has an in-depth knowledge of the Puget Sound region. He currently resides in Issaquah with his wife, Jessica, and son, Landon.
