Jason Flippo, a Vice President with over 15 years of retail leasing experience, specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and suburban Maryland. In this role, Mr. Flippo provides site acquisition services for national, regional, and local operators as well as leasing and lease management services for landlords. Mr. Flippo has represented numerous tenants on new leases, including BB&T, Barteca Restaurant Group, Chevy Chase Bank, Skyzone, Bank of America, Ike Behar, Pure Barre, Regis Corp., Robeks, and The Shade Store. He has also represented prominent landlords such as Boston Properties, Brookfield, George Washington University, Invesco, Phoenix Properties, Prudential, Regency Centers, and Vornado. Mr. Flippo joined KLNB in 2018 and was previously with CBRE.
