In addition, Jim has represented many of his clients in transactions throughout the United States and Europe. In the last 25 years, Jim has leased or sold over $900 million of commercial property. His success is attributed to the focus on client service and relationship building, which has resulted in multiple transactions with the same clients.
Background & Experience
Represented Verizon Communications in 15 transactions valued in excess of $30 million; approximately 400,000 square feet of space. Represented Primavera Systems, Inc. in over 20 transactions throughout the United States and Europe valued in excess of $60 million; approximately 300,000 square feet of space. Represented Hitachi Data Systems in 6 transactions throughout the United States, highlighted by the sale of a 130,000 square foot office/warehouse building in suburban Baltimore. Represented the landlord in a 112,000 square foot full building lease to General Electric in suburban Philadelphia. Represented United National Insurance in multiple transactions totaling 85,000 square feet of Class A office space in suburban Philadelphia. Represented the owner, C-E Minerals, in the sale of a 60,000 square foot office building in suburban Philadelphia. Represented SKF USA Inc. in the sale of a 315,000 SF industrial building in Altoona, PA. Represented SKF USA Inc. in the 120,000 SF build-to-suit lease of their North American headquarters in Suburban Philadelphia. Represented SKF USA Inc. in the 253,000 industrial lease in Hebron, KY. Represented American Executive Center in 25 Class “A” office transactions in the Greater Philadelphia area Represented Community Health Systems in numerous sale, lease, and acquisition transactions throughout the United States
