Jack Springs focuses on representing his clients through the leasing and sales of many diverse commercial properties in the South Carolina market. For the past 4 years, Jack has specialized in site selection, business expansion and buyer representation assignments. As well as tenant and landlord representation for office, medical office, industrial and retail leasing. Jack works on a team of three alongside Ben Kelly, CCIM and Patrick Chambers, giving them a combined 46 years of experience in the Columbia, SC and surrounding markets.

Jack is originally from Myrtle Beach, SC. He attended the University of South Carolina from 2012 to 2016 where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree.
