Bill Benedict has been active in Central Florida commercial real estate since 1983. He has been involved with a wide variety of office, industrial and development projects, including six years as Executive Director of a 281,000 square foot, mixed use office/industrial development in Orlando, Florida. During the market downturn, he shifted into the valuation of commercial real estate, performing appraisals for a wide variety of income producing properties, including retail, industrial, and office buildings as well as vacant land. As the economy and real estate market recovered, he returned to brokerage, with a focus on investment sales, and office and industrial leasing. Mr. Benedict’s broad real estate background and valuation experience provide his clients with a great advantage in the successful achievement of their goals.
